Leading Your Teams to Better Decision Making
An international speaker and author, Kimi Hirotsu Ziemski is rated in the top 5% of facilitators for every one of her training clients. Repeated requests for her presentations have resulted in partnerships of 10 or more years working with those clients.
Without training or coaching their team leaders in how to facilitate team decision making, organizations still rely heavily on team decision making. Learn how to coach your team members to work through logical fallacies and unconscious biases resulting in better, sounder decisions. Through a variety of exercises and discussions, this workshop will help you learn to identify:
- methods of detection (What is going on with ___ and why did he/she SAY that?!)
- mitigation (try this: _____) and
- repair (because sometimes things just don’t work!)
What will truly make this a valuable experience is the formulation of things you can do immediately – action that you can take to hone the team decision making on your projects.
Learn how logical fallacies and unconscious biases (not THOSE - Different ones!) affect teams.
A library of reference materials used in the workshop will be raffled off to one lucky chapter member.
