Program is eligible for two (2) professional development units.

This year the PMI OKC Chapter welcomes another Oklahoma Leader and Legend, Nathan Hart as our speaker.  The Executive Director, Department of Business at Cheyenne and Arapaho Tribes, Nathan Hart will address the PMI Oklahoma City Chapter and discuss the Tribal American Bison Herd restoration project.  Nathan will be discussing how a problem was identified, defining the requirements for change, working with stakeholders, managing expectations, risk management, communication management, incident management, quality control, and closure of the project.  His discussion will include:

  • Factors influencing project initiation
  • Planning Cycle
  • Challenges in execution
  • Quality Control and project monitoring
  • Project transition to a program

 

Ancillary projects which resulted from the original project include the Bison Parasitology Program, soil restoration projects and updated herd management techniques.

PMI OKC will use the photo for identification purposes and will hold it in confidence.

By participating in a PMI OKC event or by failing to notify PMI OKC, in writing, your desire to not have your photograph used by PMI OKC, you are agreeing to release, defend, hold harmless and indemnify PMI OKC from any and all claims involving the use of your picture or likeness.

Any person or organization not affiliated with PMI OKC may not use, copy, alter or modify PMI OKC photographs, graphics, videography or other, similar reproductions or recordings without the advance written permission of an authorized designee from PMI OKC.
