PMI-OKC Fall Symposium: Lora McCoy, CBAP, LMc3 Consulting, LLC

With over 20 years of experience and one of the first CBAP designees in Oklahoma, Lora has worn the many hats most Business Analysts find themselves donning, from true BA functions to Quality Assurance to Project Management and more. She has performed these functions in various industries including Banking, Software Industry, Oil and Gas / Retail and more. After serving as VP of Professional Development at the inception of the Oklahoma City Chapter, she stepped into the role of President for the IIBA of OKC where she served in that role for 4 years. She currently functions in the position of IIBA Director, Americas Central Region where she applies her passion for the profession and her appreciation for those who perform the skill set in the form of mentorship and service. She also serves in a full time consulting / strategy function at BIS, a software company as well as founder at LMc3 Consulting, LLC, educating and mentoring others involved in the world of change.
