Annual Planning

PMI OKC members are encouraged to review these documents for visibility into chapter goals, financial standing, and performance metrics. 

Each year, the PMI OKC Board conducts an annual planning process that involves a brainstorming and planning session, SWOT analysis, and prioritization of strategic goals for the year. That information is then submitted, along with end-of-year financial reports, and other supporting data, such as the chapter’s social media and online engagement performance metrics, to the PMI Regional Office for the annual chapter charter renewal.
