Topic: Leading out of Drama

Topic Description: Debbie Davis will lead the group to explore an alternative perspective to conflict and challenge the group to give up on trying to manage conflict. She will discuss the components that make conflict difficult and introduce the audience to a new model for navigating conflict.

About The Speaker: 

Deborah Davis is the CEO of Quest Executive Services – the company focuses on supporting professionals so their teams, businesses, and organizations see growth and thrive. Debbie combines her executive and strengths coaching skills, conflict training, and experience to help people come together stronger and happier. Debbie has enjoyed her experience in elementary education, real estate, and the energy industry where she consistently supported positive change to the departments and teams she led, the projects she managed, and leaders she engaged with. Before starting Quest in February 2016, Deb’s role was financial analyst. Debbie received her Master’s Degree and coaching certification from UTD and is a 3-year member of the International Coach Federation.

Debbie is a Strengths Strategies Coach and Strengths Strategies for Optimal Performance Facilitator, Leading Out of Drama Provider, and CDR Assessment Group Executive Coach and Client Education.
