Inceed has an IMMEDIATE need for a Quality Assurance Analyst to join our client in the Oil and Gas industry. Candidate should have the following core competencies and qualifications:
· Experience leading testing efforts interfacing with business analysts, business customers and software developers
· A deep understanding of software QA strategies and best practices
· Proficiency in SDLC (including test strategy preparation, test plan development, test case creation, test execution and bug tracking)
· Experience analyzing business requirements to create test plans and test cases for manual and automated testing
· Experience developing and maintaining coded tests using .Net languages
· Experience with Telerik’s TestStudio is a plus
· Experience with QTP, LoadRunner, MS TestManager or other industry leading testing tools
· Ability to establish, lead and maintain good testing practices

Job Description:
- Oversee the development of adaptive assessment technology in the BrainHoney platform and the porting of proprietary content to it.
- Meet regularly with various stakeholders to incorporate feedback into such projects. It will also manage programming tasks as needed.
- Document project requirements, processes, and various implementation strategies.

Rattan Consulting, Inc. is looking for several experienced IT project managers with the PMP certification to join our company and work IT projects for our clients. Projects differ in size and scope and range from COTS package implementations to full scale development, testing, deployment and post deployment support. These projects could be legacy mainframe operations, PC based and/or web based ? depends on the client. The managers need working experience with project management tools and a solid understanding of the project management body of knowledge. Managers must have good written and verbal communications skills (an added plus ?direct experience in an Agile development environment). We also work with clients to prepare business continuity and disaster recovery plans. A challenging part of this work is the development and execution of exercises used to test the plans, people and equipment. Therefore, it is important to have both business and IT knowledge.
